Richard is a former professional football player, he first played professionally in Jamaica at 17 years old for teams such as Negus Aces, Olympic Gardens and Waterhouse United, he played at very high levels in football against national teams such as Guinea Bissau, Brazil, Egypt, and the USA to name a few.

Richard is the Technical Director, owner of the academy, and is a certified professional scout by the Professional Football Scouts Association from the United Kingdom (PFAS-UK)

Coach Richard has a plethora of knowledge in soccer/football and seeks to pass his expertise and knowledge to as many players as possible who dare to dream of becoming professional players.

Richard has a track record of developing players that are now playing professional football (soccer) in Europe and South America.

He has a passion for coaching and relishes nothing more than to see his players succeed.
